• Assist in preparation and cooking of high quality food using best seasonal ingredients
• Oversee day-to-day operation in designated section
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
• Support the head chef and sous chef in menu development and kitchen operations
• Help with stock control ordering and kitchen maintenance
• Contribute to development of new dishes and menu ideas
