What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence in preparation, presentation, and service.
• Support the Head Chef and wider senior team in executing menu development, tastings, and event delivery.
• Manage, train and motivate the kitchen brigade – from Junior Sous Chefs to Kitchen Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen cost management to meet operational targets.
• Drive innovation by staying ahead of culinary trends and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Champion sustainability and waste reduction using LeanPath systems
