Job Introduction

• 40 hours per week
• 4 Days on shift working Friday – Monday - 3 Days off (varying shift times)
• Location split between Longmoor CTC and Worthy Down Barracks
• Must be able to drive
• £15.50 per hour
• Car parking on site

• Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
• Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
• Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
