Join one of Jersey’s finest dining venues as Sous Chef at The Atlantic Hotel and Ocean Restaurant – our 4 AA Rosette restaurant renowned for modern British cuisine crafted with the freshest local produce. Overlooking St Ouen’s Bay, we offer elegant coastal dining and seasonal menus. We’re seeking a talented Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef and Head Chef in delivering award-winning gastronomy. Please note this is a permanent role, 60 hours per week contract, accommodation is not provided and this role is open only to applicants with the right to work in Jersey or the UK.
