JOB OVERVIEW

We are Sète, a restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Cliftonville, on Northdown Road. We are a 6-day a week operation, using local and seasonal ingredients, menus that change weekly, and have exciting plans for more events, weddings and one-offs.

We are looking to create a job-share with our current Sous Chef. Together, you’ll:

  • Write and run our weekly changing menus
  • Cook thoughtful, seasonal food with a playful twist
  • Build a repertoire of preserves to keep the menu interesting and varied all year round
  • Lead the kitchen on your days in charge
  • Dream up events and ideas with the wider team

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s ready to step up, to take on the creativity and leadership of a Head Chef role, but without having to shoulder all of the responsibility alone.

We’re looking for someone who is:
