We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef – Sushi to support our sushi kitchen operations and help deliver outstanding Japanese culinary experiences within our luxury resort. About the Role As Sous Chef – Sushi, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the sushi kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. Working closely with the culinary leadership team, you will help guide, train, and motivate the kitchen brigade while maintaining brand and hygiene excellence.
