Jones Oyster Company, a New England-inspired seafood restaurant, is seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to assist in leading our kitchen. We’re seeking someone with a strong culinary background, experience managing kitchen operations, and a genuine love for coastal cuisine.
As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Executive Chef in maintaining food and labor cost targets, oversee daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets, and help ensure every dish meets our high standards—from classic lobster rolls to raw bar favorites.
