SOUS CHEF – BURY – UPMARKET ITALIAN RESTAURANT

Sous Chef is required for this excellent restaurant in a lovely part of Bury, Greater Manchester.

This restaurant is an independent eatery, with a relaxed but atmospheric vibe and they offer classic Italian dishes in a casual setting.
For this role it is essential that you have Sous Chef experience in a fresh food kitchen, without this we are uanble to consider you for the role.
The interior of the restaurant oozes style in a manner that marries old and new, with minimalism meeting modernity and a quirky and colourful style of decoration.

As Sous Chef you will:

• Be entirely responsible for the smooth running of the pizza service
• Have an extensive knowledge and understanding of Neapolitan pizza
• Manage a team of junior pizza chefs who you can motivate and teach
• Be required to maintain high quality and consistency with a professional “can do” attitude
