A Sous Chef is required in North Wales for this stunning luxury property situated in an enviable location in Llandudno.
Unfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship, and we can only accept applications from candidates with the right to work in the UK.
They are looking for a Sous Chef with a fresh food and hotel background and someone who has the ability to help lead the kitchen.
You must have worked as a Sous Chef in a fresh food kitchen, and without this experience, your application can’t be considered.

They are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to assist in their continuing success.

As Sous Chef, you will:

• Work under a talented Head Chef within a professional kitchen
• Be working across all sections as required and as Sous Chef your role will be to liaise closely with the Head Chef and provide a link to the other chefs in the brigade, ensuring everyone is working to an exceptional standard at all times
• Be expected to have good creative flair and a real passion for your work
• Working within an experienced and very busy brigade
