We are on the lookout for an experienced and creative Sous Chef for the opening of our first High-End Boutique Coffee Shop and all day dining cafe in the prestigious area of Knightsbridge.
We’re an independent hospitality group making our debut in London with plans for growth in the next 6 months. Our concept blends quality coffee with a refined all-day brunch and lunch menu, and we’re now looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our journey.

· Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations.
· Oversee preparation and presentation across all-day dining menus.
· Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene.
· Inspire, train, and guide the junior kitchen team.
· Ensure smooth service during peak periods.
