SOUS CHEF – FINE DINING, FRESH THINKING

We’re seeking an experienced Sous Chef to bring skill, passion, and creativity to our fabulous fine dining restaurant. You’ll work with the freshest seasonal produce, crafting exceptional dishes for a diverse and discerning clientele. Calling all passionate chefs! Our Client is on the hunt for a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.
This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range of £34,000 - £38,000, DOE offering the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and creativity in a thriving hospitality setting.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Exceptional cooking and kitchen skills, with a keen eye for menu development
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong stock management and COSHH knowledge to ensure efficient operations
  • A passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and a desire to continuously learn and improve
  • Punctuality, respect, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job don

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a kitchen environment, ideally as a Sous, Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie
  • Proven track record of delivering fantastic food and exceptional customer service
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a commitment to being an active team playe
