EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior chef role, with a track record of success in a high volume establishment
  • Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing team dynamics effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the culinary arts, with a desire to continuously learn and grow within the industry.
