WE’RE LOOKING FOR A NEW SOUS CHEF TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT THE CHURCH HOUSE INN, MARLDON
An Award Winning Pub Restaurant with a fresh food focus, we cook from scratch using local and seasonal soured produce. Our food is creative and our Specials menu are just that, Special, changing frequently, so we want someone to join us who is as passionate about food as we are.
Its an exciting time to join us with the Summer season almost upon us, joining our Head Chef and extremely talented Executive Chef to learn from.
Heading up the Kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for overseeing compliance, prep and running services. Experience in a fresh food environment is essential, as is a genuine passion for modern food and ingredients.
With strong communication skills, you’ll have the experience and ability to problem solve where necessary and the personality to build positive, supportive and professional relationships with team members.
