JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and staff management.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment for proper functioning and report any maintenance issues.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
