SOUS CHEF - THE FOUNDRY AT FENISCOWLES
We are searching for an experienced Chef with a proven track record in a busy food led pub that can easily deal with a large proportion of fresh produce along with other quality based suppliers. You will be responsible for the running the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, processing stock orders, implicating and monitoring staff training, and helping with menu development.
You will be highly passionate about food quality and standards within the business and ensure all meals exceed customer expectations through your team. You will have positive leadership skills and a can-do attitude.
