We are a restaurant in a busy location looking for talented and experienced Chef/Cook with a proven record of both kitchen management and excellent cooking skills to fill this role. The candidates must be willing to work flexible hours as regular weekend, bank holiday and evening work is required.Position Requirements:- Previous experience at a sous Chef- Proven ability in the area of kitchen management & cost controls.- Fully HACCAP trained.- Have experience in a busy restaurant.Responsibilities:- For the efficient running of all aspects of the kitchen.- For the preparation & delivery of consistent high quality food.- For carrying out food hygiene and health & safety legislation in all kitchen areas. To ensure the correct implementation and continuation of all HACCAP requirements.- For purchasing & stock controls.
