Full time Sous Chef. ( DRIVING ESSENTIAL)
We are looking for an exceptional candidate that will have a background in cooking with fresh quality ingredients, to a high Gastropub standard.
Main role is to assist the Exec Chef & Head chef in a busy country pub, with an excellent reputation for its food offering. To prepare, cook and present meals to a high standard. With a passion for all things food. You will manage the kitchen team, influence the dishes on the menu and ensure that our customers receive the highest quality experience.
