Our Catering company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for BBQ and grilling, be able to manage a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality food.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar position
  • Experience in Live cooking and Catering
  • Fluent in English

Skills:

  • Proficiency in BBQ and grilling techniques
  • Experience in European and Mediterranean Cuisine
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking meats, poultry, and fish on the grill
  • Preparing Salads and appetizers
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies
  • Ensuring that the kitchen meets all hygiene and safety standards
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to create new dishes and menus
  • Ensuring that all food leaving the kitchen is of high quality and visually appealing
