POSITION: FULL-TIME
We’re launching a brand-new, independent restaurant in a stunning lakeside setting — and we’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to play a key role in bringing our kitchen to life.
This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity to help build something special from day one. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and owner (also a chef) to develop a menu rooted in seasonal, local produce — much of it grown or raised on the farm. You’ll play a vital part in shaping the food offering, running services, mentoring junior staff, and upholding a high standard of quality and consistency.
We’re searching for a confident and capable chef with professional kitchen experience who is calm under pressure, takes pride in honest cooking, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll need to care deeply about ingredients, sustainability, and creating memorable dishes with real integrity.
