JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.   • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
  • Oversee daily food production, ensuring all dishes are prepared on time and meet quality expectations.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as necessary.
