ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

An attractive opportunity has arisen to work with a newly formed kitchen led by an experienced and talented Head Chef to make a mark in the North Cornwall food scene with the support of an ambitious management team.
We are looking for an individual to help train and manage a brand-new team in delivering high quality food with a hands-on approach who is focused on developing not just their own skills but also the colleagues around them.

ABOUT US

Our 80-cover restaurant has exquisite views across the North Cornwall coast complemented by a Bar with an open outdoor terrace creating a relaxed environment for informal dining and drinks enjoyed by members and guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hospitality.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in supervising and managing kitchen teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and ensure smooth operations.
  • Relevant restaurant experience, including serving and customer interaction.
