Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in menu development, working closely with the Head Chef to bring creative ideas to life, while supporting and guiding the brigade to deliver exceptional food every service.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Working closely with the Head Chef to design and evolve menus, contributing creative input and ideas
  • Supporting in leading, training, and motivating the kitchen team
  • Assisting with GP management, cost control, and stock levels
  • Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and compliance standards are maintained
  • Helping to oversee rotas and ensuring smooth daily operations
