The Railway Inn Churston Ferres is looking for a professional Sous Chef. You will need to be passionate about producing and presenting amazing food?
Have you got what it takes?
Proactive and passionate, you’ll be comfortable leading the kitchen. You’ll love producing great food quickly, efficiently, and perfectly presented. You’ll be well organised and enjoy motivating your team.
Heading up the Kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for overseeing compliance, prep and running services. Experience in a fresh food environment is essential, as is a genuine passion for modern food and ingredients.
With strong communication skills, you’ll have the experience and ability to problem solve where necessary and the personality to build positive, supportive and professional relationships with team members.
