Responsibilities

  • Experience of working within a fast-paced food business.
  • Capable of delivering 1200+ covers per week.
  • Comfortable allowing your personality to shine working within a brigade of 10 chefs.
  • Experience of working in a similar role with proven results – Senior Chef De Partie / Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef
  • Passion for excellence & quality.
  • Achieving & maintaining a 5-star EHO rating.
  • Passion for fresh food.
  • Delivering high quality dishes following specifications, whilst working under the Head Chef to deliver great guest experiences
