SOUS CHEF – GASTRO PUB, SOUTHSIDE (OR STRONG CDP READY TO STEP UP)

We’re a busy and growing gastro pub in the Southside, looking for a Sous Chef (or an experienced CDP ready to make the step up) to join our already strong, supportive team.

We pride ourselves on a positive working environment where everyone shows up, works hard, and gets on well. The right person will be:

• Confident and experienced, with the ability to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Organised, tidy, and able to keep a level head under pressure.
