THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional food. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy kitchen with a love for hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu execution, and team supervision.
• Lead service during busy shifts, including lunch or dinner service and event catering.
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a busy F&B environment
• Ensure consistency, cleanliness, and compliance with food hygiene standards.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and help maintain a positive team culture.
• Assist with ordering, stock control, and waste reduction.
