We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in a busy kitchen team of five. Our small hotel serves modern dishes with classical elements, using fresh, locally sourced produce.
This is a hands-on role requiring all-round cooking skills across various sections of the kitchen. You’ll be involved in breakfast, lunch, and evening service, with flexibility in shifts and 2–3 nights off per week.
