Tom’s Tavern is a local favourite in Townsville, known for great pub meals, icy cold beers, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help lead the way in delivering consistent, quality food for our guests.
As Sous Chef, you’ll be hands-on in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day operations, mentoring junior chefs, and keeping service running smoothly. You’ll bring creativity, energy, and a genuine love for pub dining to the role.
