Chevy Chase Club, one of the nation?s premier private clubs, is seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef Tournant to join our dynamic Culinary Team. This role is ideal for a skilled culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates leadership, and is passionate about developing others through training and mentorship.

• Support the Executive Sous Chefs and department leaders by rotating through various kitchens and outlets.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items.
• Train, mentor, and develop culinary staff across multiple stations.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the culinary leadership team to create seasonal and innovative menus.
• Uphold the high standards of excellence expected at Chevy Chase Club.
