Paradigm has more than a decade of experience in helping adolescents and young adults address the mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges that are holding them back. As a Chef here with Paradigm Treatment Centers you will have the ability to develop the menus for our patients as you cater to their dietary and nutritional needs as they work through their rehabilitative journeys. As the Chef You Will: Curate menus that meet a broad range of dietary needs, including but not limited to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sodium, etc. Develop and maintain culinary and equipment budget for department. Working knowledge and management of menu planning, supply ordering, kitchen maintenance, and sanitation standards. Manage all nutritional needs of adolescents and young adults, while maintaining dietary needs and exciting taste buds.
