We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Sous Chef to join our team at UNC Chapel Hill’s Blue Zone Kitchen. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations, feeding fans on game days and athletes throughout the year. It is a dynamic role that offers excellent work-life balance, with five days of work per week, depending on demand. However, during peak seasons (6–7 weeks of the year), the role will require long hours, with the team working 50–60 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be a level-headed leader with a passion for teaching and managing a team.
