We’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen at Local Three and Warhorse Investments and the talented team behind it. Someone who cares about craft, consistency, and keeping the bar high every single shift. A chef with a highly honed sense of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of “give a $h!t.”
This isn’t a “check the boxes and watch from the sidelines” Sous Chef position. You’ll be in the kitchen when it counts, leading service from the heat of the action, and keeping the BOH running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work side-by-side with our Chef de Cuisine, collaborating on menus, training cooks, sourcing product, and holding the standards that make Local Three’s kitchen one of the best in the city.
