Your main tasks:

Development of gastronomic concepts
Management and training of employees, trainees and temporary staff
Preparation of food while adhering to high quality standards.
Compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations
Compliance with HACCP guidelines
Orders, price negotiations, calculation
Creating menus for the à la carte restaurant
Creating menus for guests on a special arrangement
Creating concepts for conferences and events

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a cook/chef
Professional experience including experience in management positions
A high degree of reliability and quality awareness
Creativity, reliability and independence are among your strengths.
