Job Description Sous Chef | Victoria Point Tavern Victoria Point Tavern is seeking a qualified Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help lead the team, manage busy services, and maintain top food safety standards in our fast-paced bistro. To apply, you must hold trade qualifications (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) and have full 7 day availability for a rotating roster (days, nights, weekends and public holidays).
