JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques.
  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities
