Our client is passionate about fresh, local produce, cooking in-house and keeping our menus seasonal. Alongside our core menu, we run a weekly changing specials board, meaning there are always new ideas, dishes, and flavours coming out of the kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef who thrives in a busy pub kitchen, enjoys creative input, and takes pride in producing high-quality, fresh food. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef in a well-structured kitchen, helping to maintain standards, support the team, and keep service running smoothly.
