QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a comparable fine-dining or luxury hotel environment.
  • Culinary diploma or professional certification an asset.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly responsible, organized, and reliable.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and high attention to detail.
  • Valid Food Safe Certification (or equivalent).
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
