Responsibilities
  • Running shifts and supporting the Executive Chef in all areas of kitchen management
  • Overseeing preparation, cooking, and service to ensure quality and consistency
  • Assisting with new menu ideas, seasonal dishes, and daily specials
  • Managing stock, ordering, and food cost controls
  • Training, coaching, and developing junior chefs
  • Maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, food safety, and compliance
