QUALIFICATIONS

• Red Seal Certification is an asset
• Food Handling Certificate is required
• Completion of three-year apprenticeship program or equivalent of formal training as recognized by Executive Chef
• 5-7 years progressive experience in fine dining experience
• Thorough knowledge of all facets to a back of house line including but not limited to Pantry, Sauté, Grill
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well within a Team, while also demonstrated leadership qualities

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available to work all required shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.
