SOUS CHEF POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. The Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen operations, lead and mentor staff, and ensure every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen steeped in history and excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen, including leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing all kitchen operations, including service and prep
