SOUS CHEF POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. The Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen operations, lead and mentor staff, and ensure every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
