Willim McKinnon is a busy local café known for its quality food, coffee, and welcoming atmosphere. We’re currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our passionate kitchen team and help lead daily operations.
About the Role: This is a hands-on role ideal for a skilled chef looking to step into a leadership position. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to manage service, support the kitchen team, and maintain high standards across the board.

• Run service and manage kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef
• Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Assist with ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Help create seasonal menus and daily specials
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
