  • Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
