• Learn and prepare dishes to our expected high standards.
• Assist the Head Chef in planning staff rotas and managing stock control.
• Co-manage the training and development of team members.
• Support chefs during food preparation and service.
• Oversee daily HACCP checks, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain and clean kitchen equipment, appliances, work surfaces, and storage areas to industry standards.
• Help with receiving, unloading, and organizing deliveries while maintaining well-organized storage rooms.
