We’re looking for a confident Sous Chef who can thrive in both seasons and help drive our kitchen forward.
You’ll be working closely with Trevor, our experienced and passionate Head Chef , to lead the team, develop exciting dishes, and deliver consistently high standards. This is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and step into more responsibility — whether you’re already a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready for that next challenge.
