Sous Chef - Ziques, Full time £31,000- £33,000 per year
We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at Ziques - someone with the skills and passion to support our Head Chef, help lead the kitchen, and play a key role in shaping our menus.
Ziques has been a Glasgow favourite for brunch since 2001. Since joining the Hinba group last year, we’ve been expanding our dinner service with a fresh, Mediterranean-inspired menu. We’re a small, close-knit team with big ambitions - and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

Responsibilities
  • Full-time position (approx. 45 hours per week)
  • Open 7 days, with 5 evening services
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and deliver seasonal brunch and dinner menus
  • Help manage and mentor a small kitchen team
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Take responsibility for kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence
