We are an Italian/Sicilian restaurant with a strong focus on quality, authenticity, and attention to detail. We are looking for a Sous Chef with at least 5 years of proven experience, someone motivated and passionate who can bring both skill and creativity to our kitchen.

What we are looking for:

• Solid knowledge of traditional and modern cooking techniques (including low-temperature methods).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the kitchen and coordinate the team effectively.
• Accuracy in food preparation and stock management.
• Flexibility with shifts, especially in extraordinary cases (covering colleagues’ holidays or sick leave).
• Excellent knowledge and respect of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Physical endurance and genuine passion for kitchen work.
• Cleanliness, professionalism, and an elegant touch in plating and presentation.
