Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Lead by example in maintaining high standards of food preparation and hygiene
• Take charge of the grill section – experience with steaks and grillwork is essential
• Help train and support junior kitchen staff
• Maintain a fast-paced service during busy periods
