Sous and Junior Sous Chefs required to join an excellent and established family run business on the Norfolk Coast. You will join an already excellent and experienced team of chefs in creating seasonal, all fresh food in a great environment. Our kitchens are well maintained and kitted out with the latest equipment to help you to create the best food possible for our guests whilst getting great job satisfaction. Working a 4 day week approximately 45/48 hours mainly straight shifts plus share of tips ,weekly pay. paid overtime is also available during busy times . You will work alongside the existing team and report into an experienced Head Chef. Experience in a similar role desirable but we would also consider a strong CDP looking for the next step as a Junior Sous. A good work ethic and reliability is a must. Competitive rates of pay and flexibility where possible for the right person.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety
  • Background in hospitality and kitchen environments
  • Leadership abilities with a preference for supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with food production and team management
  • Relevant restaurant experience and serving skills

    Pay: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
