Description

As a South East Asia & Pacific Business Events & Market Research Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, business research, and stakeholder communication within a dynamic international business environment. You will develop key skills in project coordination, data analysis, and professional communication while gaining exposure to industry leaders, government agencies, and regional business networks. This role also offers valuable insights into the Southeast Asia-Pacific markets and business landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of business events, including conferences, seminars, and roundtables, to promote market opportunities. This includes coordinating and preparing for meetings with key sponsors and content providers, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage logistics and content, and developing visuals for event presentations.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify key trends, assess the impact of internationalisation efforts, and prepare reports, briefs, and presentations for stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

  • Preferable pursuing a degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Data & Research, or International Relations.
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum three-month full-time internship from May onwards.
  • Some experience in event management, market research, data analysis, project management, or presentations is preferred.
