Responsibilities As Senior People Business Partner for Supply Chain – South-East Europe & Baltics, you will be a strategic advisor to senior Supply Chain leaders across Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Transformation in our SEEB markets (including Greece, Cyprus, Serbia, Bosnia and Hercegovina and the Baltic countries). You will shape and deliver a people strategy that enables operational excellence, productivity, safety, agility, and future-ready capabilities across a complex, multi-country Supply Chain network. This role plays a critical part in building a high-performing, inclusive, and resilient organization while role-modeling enterprise thinking and a One PepsiCo mindset. Strategic People Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to senior Supply Chain leaders on all people-related topics across plants, warehouses, and office-based functions Translate business and network strategies into integrated people priorities Lead short- and long-term workforce planning to ensure the right skills, roles, and leadership bench strength Talent & Leadership Development Drive succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership pipeline development for critical Supply Chain roles Strengthen frontline and operational leadership capability through performance management, coaching, and development initiatives Champion inclusion and diversity to build a future-ready Supply Chain organization Organization Design & Transformation Partner with leaders on organization design and lead people aspects of transformation initiatives Act as a change leader, supporting leaders through complex operational and capability shifts Align workforce plans with cost, productivity, and long-term business goals Engagement, Performance & Safety Culture Improve engagement, retention, and performance across frontline and white-collar populations Reinforce a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Use people analytics to identify trends and drive targeted interventions People Experience & Operations Ensure effective application of people policies, labor relations practices, and legal requirements Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Operations teams to deliver seamless employee experiences Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters Team Leadership Lead and develop a team of People Partners located in Greece and Serbia supporting Supply Chain sites and functions across the SEEB markets Set clear priorities and standards, ensuring consistent, high-quality partnership Build strong business acumen, operational understanding, and future HR leadership capability within the team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written) 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a multinational and manufacturing environment Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, fast-paced setting Strong expertise in talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, and change leadership Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across cultures and geographies Experience leading local and remote teams is an advantage Willingness to travel across the market unit (approximately 30%)
